Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website, by visiting www.rocknrollchocolate.co.uk or by placing an order, you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to adhere to them.

We may update or vary our terms and conditions without prior notice, so check this page for the latest version regularly. We can also update and vary the terms and conditions without notice.

By ordering from www.rocknrollchocolate.co.uk you are undertaking a contract with Rock 'N' Roll Chocolate. 

Product information

We endeavour to describe and accurately illustrate our products available on our website but please note that colour and design variations may occur compared to the photographed products on our website due to our products being handmade order by order.

Personalised items are the responsibility of the customer and spelling mistakes and other human errors made by the customer will not be refundable. We do not spell check, we just make what is asked. If you do make a mistake on a personalised order, please email us at rocknrollchocolate@gmail.com as quickly as possible so we can amend the order but please be aware this may not be possible.

While we package all products with bubble wrap and in cardboard boxes, we cannot be held responsible for items being broken or melting in the post. We always advise choosing 1st class postage to limit the time your product is in the postal system. Please be aware of this before ordering.

Ordering from us

When placing an order with us, you will receive an acknowledgement of the order by email. Personalised orders may not be cancelled or amended, non personalised items may be cancelled up until the time of dispatch. Dispatched orders constitute the purchase contract between you and Rock 'N' Roll Chocolate. If you have cancelled your order, or if we notify you that we can not fulfil your order, the purchase contract will not be made.

In the event that we are unable to proceed with your order we will inform you via email. The reasons are stated below:

  • If, we do not have your chosen goods in stock

  • If failure to authorise payment occurs

  • If there has been a pricing or product description error

  • If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions or other policies

  • If the order for personalised products contains reference to any copyrighted information where you have not obtained permission

  • If your order for personalised products contains content which is threatening, racist or anything deemed abusive by us. We will personalise a product with rude or offensive language within reason.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Once your order has been dispatched we will email you with a tracking number. Once it is with the Royal Mail, we cannot be held responsible for your order but will do everything we can to help you locate your order or claim against the Royal Mail should it be lost or damaged in transit. Orders are posted out with bubble wrap, inside the boxes however we cannot be held responsible for breakages in the post. 

You are aware that orders are made in a kitchen where allergens maybe present. We do everything we can to avoid cross contamination including cleaning down sides and moulds in between orders however we cannot guarantee that orders will be allergen free. Please be aware of this risk when ordering. All allergens for each product are listed underneath each product description.
