Postage

All orders are sent via Royal Mail, 1st class signed for or 2nd class signed for. 

We wrap all orders in bubble wrap, inside the boxes and use fragile tape on the outside of the box. Due to the nature of our products, chocolate may melt or break during transit and we cannot be held responsible for these instances, it is a risk with postage and we take every precaution possible such as keeping all items in a fridge until we post them. unfortuately it is out of our control.

We cannot guarentee an item will arrive on a certain date, Royal Mail delivery times can vary, however if you do need an order by a particular date please get in touch and we can arrange a suitable delivery service but this will be at an extra charge.

Minimum Orders

We have no minimum order, simply order what you would like! Postage cost are worked out via weight.

How Much Is Postage?

We currently only post to the UK and offer either 1st class signed for or 2nd class signed for delivery. Postage costs are done by weight and parcel size using the Royal Mail price scale.

We also offer free collection in Herne Bay, simply click collection on the shipping page.

What Is Your Returns Policy?

We do not accept returns as every item is perishable and custom made. For more information on our returns please see the terms & conditions.
If you have any issues with an order please get in touch so we can sort the issue.

What Are The Allergens?

All of our allergens are listed underneath each item however our products are made in a home kitchen were nuts and other allergens are present so we cannot guarentee they will not be present. If you have a sever allergy we would advise not to order from us or get in contact if you need any extra information.

How do I Know You Have Recieved My Order?

Every order will recieve a confirmation email, thanking you for your purchase. If it doesn't arrive please check your spam folders or contact us
